My grandma lived here for many years. It is a beautiful home compared to many of the other options out there. They did very well through covid at keeping residents safe. I don't believe the quality of care here is better than other homes though. Her room was very poorly cleaned and when we moved her out we even found she had accidents that the staff had just hidden rather then cleaned up which is both appalling and unhygienic. The extra money spent to live here rather then where she is now in a subsidized home was a waste as she is looked after better for 1/5 of the cost now. I think a huge factor in this is how underpaid alot of staff is in care homes but with the incredibly high price of this home you would expect excellence which just isn't there..
