If I could give this company more stars than 5 I would. I live in Ontario and my elderly parents wanted their carpets cleaned. Received a quote from Sherley, scheduled the appt, paid through email transfer and they showed up on time and did an amazing job. Mom loved the tech ( sorry I did not get his name ). Cannot thank them enough. Such an amazing company. Bravo !!

Really great customer service, all the way from the lady who booked my appointment to the gentleman who cleaned my mattress. I had called multiple other companies before this one, some where not servicing my area, others just returned my call multiple days later. iCleanse call me right back and setup an appointment quickly. Really appreciated it.

If possible, I would give more than 5 stars. ICleanse provided a quick response from a website query on a holiday and was able to send a professional and knowledgeable technician on the same day. Rob arrived on time. Very decent person and very friendly. Took enough time to spray the cleaning product thoroughly allover the area rug, there were lots of pet stains. Left the product for 1 hour then resumed the cleaning process which took another hour. He placed the equipment in and out very quietly and professionally. Rug turned very clean and the wood floor was protected and dry. I'll definitely use Icleanse again. Thank you!
