I bought a second hand pool table without doing enough research. Palason helped me figure out what I needed to do. I found them very helpful and was able to get the job done myself and ordered all my supplies from them. I gave them 4 stars because when I went in person they were very helpful but over the phone they were a bit abrupt.

Searched Toronto and Ottawa looking for bar stools. Great selection and good quality at Palason's. Ended up purchasing 4 stools out of 6 that i was looking for from there. (Other 2 out of Toronto) Staff was the most helpful and knowledgeable out of all my searches. Absolutely worth talking a look.

Nice selection of outdoor furniture. I was disappointed at the lack of pool accessories. I am an avid pool player and was seeking a good hands-on shopping experience but the inventory was sadly limited. When I had reviewed the website I expected TONS of options to browse but this was not the case. I even asked if they could order something I wanted and they told me if they don't have it in store they can't get it? I was excited because I came from out of town and hoped for a good experience but it was not. Sorry, just stating the truth.

Great place, good selection. Sales are not pushy. We bought a pool table, got it installed. Installers were great. We had a small problem with the transaction but it got dealt with promptly and properly. We're very happy with the purchase.

Terrible service! I went there on a Sunday and walked in and 2 gentleman stood behind the desk just staring and no hello or anything. Practically had to beg for someone to help me look at tables. Are you kidding me?You selling products worth thousands of dollars and this is how you treat potential customers? The sales people seem to have 0 interest and 0 knowledge in the stuff they sell. What a waste of time. I was seriously looking for a table and they easily helped me make my decision as I ended up buying from another shop selling pool tables where the service was amazing and friendly and I also got the same table for $1000 cheaper than this place. I highly recommend going elsewhere as you will save money and get better service.

Was my first time there the service was very friendly, a ton of selections and cool stuff! I didn't want to leave there's too much to look at. Go check it out pool tables dart boards, shuffleboards patio furniture tons of stools. Games room accessories popcorn machines. Great prices too.
