Exorbitant pricing. Charged over $1,100 for vaccines for just 7 dogs. And adds medication to your bill without asking. Do not go here unless money is no object. Unprofessional behavior. Simply chases large bills instead of actually helping animals. For instance tried to X-ray a puppy just cause it had some scratches on it. Just so he could charge for it. Your animals deserve a vet that puts the animal first and not his wallet!!

Have brought my dogs here a few different times. Very knowledgeable staff. Quick to get your pet in for most things. Reasonably priced compared to other area vets. Clean and courteous service. Great location.

The reason this vet can book an appointment for your pets within short notice is probably due to their lack of skills and confidence in handling a dog.Our 31lb dog developed an eye infection which our regular vet wouldn’t have been able to treat for a week. We called around and Erie Shores was able to book her in for the following day.Their initial exam fee is less than other local vets, but they will find a way to make up for that.$17 for a cone, $20 for a nail trim (everywhere else is $12 or less). I was charged $35 for my dog’s nail trim because she was deemed a difficult patient, due to the lack of skill and confidence that the vet tech exhibited. This resulted in a stressful environment for my dog, and required me to intervene—muzzling her was suggested before the nail trim if she was difficult. Our dog has never bitten anyone or shown any aggressive tendencies. Our groomer has never had an issue with trimming our dog’s nails and has never required me to intervene/assist with holding her.The vet was knowledgeable and treated the concern appropriately, but was not friendly and did not provide a calming environment for a dog when most times they are apprehensive with vet visits as it is.Will wait at the emergency clinic in Windsor the next time.

Last week, my cat feeling ill. I have been to this hospital before, but I immediately called this location and the person at the front desk was extremely kind and booked me in as soon as possible. The doctors were extremely caring and gentle with my cat who is a little more on the shy side. They treated her and she was back to her normal self within 2 days. Great place.

I have been taking my fur babies to this vet clinic for a few years now & my fur kids approve, which is important. Prices are reasonable & fair, the doctor or the staff do not overcharge, price gouge or order up unnecessary tests. Staff are also friendly & they even have a feline staff member who is just freaking awesome!!! That kitty is so friendly & inviting to all who enter... animal & human!

I took my dog here after our puppy managed to make a puncture in my older dogs eyeball. The vet was able to show me what had happened and provide 3 different meds and a cone. They called to follow up. It cost me just under $300 and while it seemed like a lot I am new to the area and have nothing to compare it with. Our regular vet was missing in action. After trying to call them a few times I realized the office was closed for a few days. EVH could get us in on a Friday where others couldn't.

We visited this clinic for my dog who was not feeling well. Dr Hussain listened to our concerns about our dog and took the appropriate steps to diagnose him in a timely manner. He followed up with us the next day and went through all the results of the tests that were done. Very kind and honest doctor, would recommend

Staff are super friendly and professional at what they do. Treated my dog with proper care. Facility is clean and the service is great. Vet knows exactly what he is doing. I always leave with a warm feeling and happy pet. Definitely recommend this place!
