A very pleasant experience all around. They have also been as responsive several months later even during the busiest time when we had lost power to answer our inquiries.

Excellent service, communication and responsiveness! Found Prestige via Home Depot’s Generac install service providers and I couldn’t be happier. Certified Generac providers are extremely rare, hard to find and usually overly busy.Amir was able to schedule and be onsite within three weeks with the Generac transfer switch I needed. He enabled all the backup services I would need during a blackout, added an extra outlet for my freezer then he initiated the generator. Not as easy as it would seem!! Generac has proprietary codes and startup procedures that will only work with a certified installer. So not just anyone can start it! I heard about that but watching it was another thing all together. Then he made sure I installed the mobile app, helped me connect it to the generator and answered all my other questions. Bring on the next power outage, I’m ready.Top notch service! Definitely and highly recommended!!

They installed a generator which has been a great for general business continuity but it was really put to the test during the 2023 ice storm.
