Honest, reliable, and very friendly staff. I have zero qualms with taking a vehicle to Auto tech knowing they WILL NOT try and get away with me paying for something I don't need. Definitely reccomend them!

As much as I hate to admit it the days of old school businesses are gone I say this because of my husband's disappointment today when we picked up our Dodge Ram, we have been bringing both of our vehicles here for over 2 years, we put 4 brand new Cooper tires on our Ram last fall and donated the still good condition tires to them,within a short time my husband had to fill tires with air on a weekly basis, he thought it was the cold weather and lack of driving the truck well fast forward :he got tired of it and brang the truck in...the disappointment came with the bill an old school business would recognize multi vehicle loyal customers and review there tire policy or heck maybe even return an old school gesture or how bout thinking hey wasn't this the nice guy that donated good tires just because and isn't this the same guy that has been supporting my business the last few years with not just one but 2 cars anyway not saying they don't do good work just saying old school is gone.what a shame

I honestly am very disappointed in this shop at the begging of the pandemic I had my vehicle in the shop and spent over 1000 had my water pump my temperature sensor and my timing belt changed and not even 1 year after I had it replaced I had to change my water pump again and the mechanic said that it was oem which means original part and the temperature sensor was never changed the tool my money and didn’t fix one part on the vehicle I wouldn’t recomend anyone take their car there and that’s sad cause mr gardener took way more better care of our customers I miss him

Morgan, Norm and all the crew are first rate.With repair and part costs skyrocketing these days, they always approach a situation with options in keeping the customers best interest in mind, with a getting it done" approach to satisfy the Customer. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services!"

The reception is nice, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. The issue didn't act up for them, so there's not much they can do. Prices are standard. Not good, just standard. I have another mechanic I prefer for ability and price, but this is where I've gone for convenience because it's much closer to home.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. I drive from out of town because the family feel and amazing service is worth it.

Got my tires changed. Spoke with Lisa on the phone and at the desk and she was lovely! Good work, would recommend.

I am so happy I brought my vehicle to Acton Auto Tech. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. My vehicle was serviced and ready to go same day! I strongly recommend Acton Auto Tech.

Took my car in because the AC wasn't working. Instead of checking all the components before hand, they attempted to refill the system. It turns out a part needs replacement so the fill was worthless. They still charged me 300 dollars for it though. I might as well have thrown that money away.
