CIBC Branch with ATM

For the first time in my life, I had the most kindest and professional experience with a bank institution. Jennifer was not only very friendly and informative...but her professionalism was beyond expectation. We were new to the CIBC banking so we had tons of questions. Jennifer answered all of our questions with a smile on her face! Not only that, she offered to contact her at any time if we have any questions or concerns! That's what you call wonderful customer service! I went to this branch today to wire transfer (require 3-5 business day and cost around $30) money for a house purchase deposit to Royal bank. Mr J Svirk suggested me to issue a bank draft and directly deposit the bank draft to Royal bank(same day and cost only $7.5). He made a phone call for me to confirm the alternative way is acceptable by the listing brokerage. print out the required information to me and passed me his business card in case someone needs to confirm the bank draft information. Thoughtful and professional service!!! Excellent

The branch manager Vicky was extremely helpful in assisting me. These guys provided customer service, light years beyond the lynden mall location.I will only deal with this branch going forward thanks to the way I was treated.

The mortgage guy handles horibly our mortgage application delaying it by 8 weeks due to errors he made despite our impecable credit score, adequate income and small amount borrowed. We were assured initially, based on document provided, that within 3 weeks max, the mortgage will be available. He submitted our application to underwriters only to come back after 3 weeks that error were made by him and needed to be re-submitted under a different mortgage category.Very dissapointing service.

All the ladies that help you with your banking are extremely helpful all the time and that is why I would till all to bank there

If you’re from out of town they act like you’re trying to commit fraud. I work in Brantford and live elsewhere, they act like people never work in cities outside of where they live. I get that it’s for security but good grief it’s a bit extreme.

my husband and I were going through a very rough time with losing our car to a fire and dealing with insurance and all the headaches that go with claims. The last step to pick up our new car was paying off the loan for our old one, but of course getting the settlement wasn’t easy either. Annie was so sweet and so helpful, she went above and beyond to help me when I’m not even a real client of theirs, I just have my loan through them. I can’t thank them enough for being the ones to complete the step to end this nightmare. We were able to pick up our new car the next day and she made everything very easy for us. Thank you, Annie and everyone else involved for being so kind and helpful. I cannot thank you enough!

I have only had exceptionally positive experiences with this branch. I actually dealt directly with the Manager (Josh) who was absolutely fantastic, got me what I needed quickly, understood my needs and seemed to genuinely care about me not only as a customer, but a human being.I strongly suspect that part of the reason my experiences with this branch are so positive is because of the leadership with which Josh runs it. I wish every branch had a manager like this!

Teller was fantastic, she was a prime example of what good customer service should be. Hard to find at most branches these days. If it wasn't out of my way to do my buisness deposits, I would return here all the time.
