Really nice and welcoming staff. The crew always comes outside and asks if drivers need anything.

Worst truck stop I ever been to. I went to purchase a show and they refused because I did not have a rewards card. I have only been driving for 2 weeks and I'm stuck in this useless truckstop with a sprained ankle. I ate pizza from them yesterday and then was on the toilet multiple times from the bad food. This place does not even deserve 1 star.

On 6th of sept 2 ladies the staff of flying j weee extremely rude on the night side they were lazy plus they didn’t wanted to serve us coz they wanted to gives us shower so they don’t have to clean up after wards we r the truck drivers n we deserve better almost every day we top up our desil on flying j over 800 everyday so the management pls do take some action towards ur staff it not right we pay lots of money toward desil so we deserve better

Nice and quiet here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Extremely clean showers! Highly recommend this place. Advice for the flip-floppers..don’t screw up the place!!

During a road trip made a pit stop after being on the road for 72 hours. Filled up my RV and went inside to book a shower. And they refused to allow me use of the shower. I had previously called and they said it would be fine as it was overnight and they weren’t busy. When we got there the attendant was extremely rude and stated that “the showers are for truckers only, why are you even travelling in an RV in the winter” you aren’t allowed to use them the truckers will get mad. Let me mind you we pulled in and there was one semi truck in the entire area. And both showers were vacant. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone travelling in an RV save your self the time and headache and drive another 30 minutes or so to a far better facility.

Worst gas station ever, would not recommend anyone to go here for gas. I’ve been here many times in the past three years and almost every time I require their help at the pump, they are far from helpful. Also they do not accept TAP OR SWIPE (I had an Amex no chip) for payment. My gas light has already came on and being stuck in this awful gas station is the last way I want to start my day. Thankfully there is a NEW CO-OP gas bar literally 2-3 minutes away, would recommend anyone in the foothills industrial area to avoid this garbage.

I walked in at 835 pm or so after a long 12 hours drive. I walk up and see the hot deli counters empty. So I think to myself oh that's fine, all hot items are available upon request ( as the sign displays )... Well according to the on shift manager Angie ". The hot items are not always available upon request because " oh I turned off the deep fryers "... It's 30 minutes prior to closing... If I walked in at 855 fine I understand... But she was already doing her closing procedure... Because she wants to go home at 905... Must be nice to be home all night well here I am eating mr noodle...Milesh

Ali at Flying J was a huge gift! I had a super low tire and he took the time to carefully fill it with air properly. Then he went on to check and fill the rest of my tires to make sure they were at proper and safe levels. His attention to detail, pride in his work and hospitality was energizing. This Shell gem is right en route to the Calgary Soccer Centre - easy access and great service!

Yez ur flying j truck stop so that means us truckers can not use the washroom if needed because u guys decided to lock it up early and I looked it u up and ur suppose to be a open 24 hours ..not closing...so it needs to be fixed and the company is losing money, thanks to u.
