We had an epic private tour this morning! Went to Lake Louise and Lake Moriane. We wanted to avoid getting shut out of Lake Moriane due to restriction of private vehicles and busy public transportation. Josh (owner of Explore Banff) was a wealth of knowledge from flora and fauna to geology and history of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed every Josh Bonus" that wasn't originally included in the trip! If you're trying to decide between "Explore Banff" and another outfit... Choose wisely grasshopper... Choose "Explore Banff." HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

Josh is absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable about everything from bear safety to random trivia facts about the area. He goes above and beyond and takes you to cool sightseeing spots without you even asking! Including a little hunt to find some bears. He even walks you from the van to the look out spots. He was one of the best parts of our trip and I highly recommended him. Will def be using his services again when I return to Banff. Also side note, he's got a killer Australian accent so that's a nice bonus! Moraine lake sunrise is a must for your banff trip and no one better to take you than Josh.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Explore Banff Tours. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun and kept us laughing. They were flexible and allowed us to chose activities that fit our interests and capabilities. We had a blast and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Our tour to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake with Jeff as our guide was a highlight of our trip to the Canadian Rockies. Those lakes have been on my bucket list for a number of years, and when I began planning the trip I learned that Parks Canada had implemented new restrictions that prohibit private cars on the road to Moraine. In addition, I understood that parking would be very difficult at Lake Louise. After getting bad advice about how to handle this from a travel agent, I became worried that we would have to miss the lakes altogether, but then our hotel recommended Explore Banff, they had availability on a day we could go, and it was a perfect solution. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and told us stories, with illustrations to go along with them, the entire ride to the lakes. On arrival he dropped us at premium parking areas and gave us great suggestions on where to go. We had two hours at each lake which was the perfect amount of time to explore. We want to go back and spend more time hiking but for our multi-generational family this was just right. Thanks Jeff and Explore Banff!!

The sunrise tour to Moraine Lake with them was a wonderful experience. I did last minute booking with Josh and he made arrangements to fit our large group in his busy schedule. Josh was flexible with pick up and drop off locations. He guided us through the tour and was very informative. He even took pictures for us.I would strongly recommend Explore Banff tours

Had an amazing day with Josh on Monday at lake Louise and moraine lake! Sights were breathtaking! Josh picked us up at our hotel and it was so easy not having to fight the traffic and parking. He was very knowledgeable about the area and went out of his way to make sure we saw beautiful viewpoints and wildlife! Highly recommend a trip with his company!

Josh was a wonderful shuttle host and tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly about the Canmore/Banff area. I highly recommend this company.
