Country Market Carpets

I went with the lowest bidder a few years back and I got what I paid for. Terrible tile installation. Tiles started popping a month after install. They claimed they can't take responsibility because they didn't prep floor, yet they are the ones that provided the guidance on how to prep it. Multiple professionals have since shown clearly they didn't use enough material/butter. Have replaced about 40 tiles so far. They used wet saw on our cedar deck and removed all the stain in that spot. Left a pile of garbage which I had to call them back to remove. Didn't cut the holes for the vents big enough and so couldn't put any of them back in place. When I indicated that I wanted money back that's when communication stopped. Do I keep going? I do not recommend.

Had Dan and his crew come in and do a complete renovation of our medical office. They worked around our schedules to ensure that there was the least amount of disruption to our work week and work diligently on the weekends. They completely transformed our clinic for the better, the staff and clientele are all impressed.

I had laminate installed in two bedrooms and office, tile in the kitchen and carpeting on the stairs. The choice of material samples in the store is varied and installation very professional.

Went with my friend to help carpet his new apartment and they were so helpful. He came home a happy customer. VERY satisfied.

These guys are awesome! They gave great advice on all options that we considered. We had to postpone our install twice and they accommodated us. The price was very good and a great selection in store even though it looks small from the outside - don’t be fooled. The installation was fantastic as our area was 45’ long x 40’ wide and had to have a few joins but you can’t even see the joints. Very happy with our decision to go with Country Market Carpets!!

The selection of flooring is superb. Last week I had carpets removed and laminate installed in my bedrooms and office. It was done in two days and looks great! Now for the new tile in the kitchen and carpeting on the stairs at the front entrance. I highly recommend this local company for all your flooring needs.

We were having carpets removed and vinyl flooring installed and trim/baseboards done. Did NOT take the lowest quote. Terrible experience, poor installation, shoddy workmanship (cut trim too short, said he would get proper lengths but didn't and just patched.) Carpet nails that should have been removed were not and showing through vinyl. Couldn't explain extra charges on final invoice.
