I was at the post office yesterday around 1 pm, and the post office clerk was miserable. I was not greeted and felt like I was bothering her through the entire transaction. Awful customer service.

I find that the women that work in this location very rude ., very unfriendly. The girls in the red river road location are very pleasant and cheerful . It’s a night and day experience.

I recently visited this location to purchase a non-prescription medication (although doctors sometimes issues prescriptions for it). I did not require a complete bottle of the medication, however the pharmacist refused to sell me individual (30) tablets stating he would not know how much to charge per tablet. This is strange because most prescriptions are not for full bottles of a medication. In reality he was probably more worried about not getting his full ridiculously high dispensing fee rather than assisting a customer. Will be taking ALL my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

Dire need of more staff at cash out. Why would there ever be one person at the till with twenty people in line …. Each time I visit this location, you will make more profits when you push more then one person threw every 5 mins… just sayin ;)

Pharmacist (Labate) seemed more interested in getting more lip fillers than actually helping patients. Unbelievable. Very poorly run, and none of the other employees seemed like they wanted to be there or help. I will not be returning to this pharmacy.
