It's alright. The start of the trail is a bit confusing as appearantly cars can drive pretty far into the trail. There's no shades at all on the trail so be prepared on a hot and sunny day.

Very different altogether from Skerwink trail. If only time for one, I'd probably do Skerwink, but this one is quite interesting as well. When we arrived it was suddenly quite foggy and started raining when we were halfway through. Since the landscape is fairly flat and without trees or bushes, we tried to shortcut back toward the trailhead.When we left the trail it became quite difficult to walk through some soggy areas. Still an epic walk and had a good time. Might recommend following the trail along the perimeter even if it becomes quite wet and foggy.Views are cool with many rock formations along the cliff edges.

The best hike in the area.. saw a small Puffin nesting site. There are no markers at the trailhead but it's pretty obvious.

Lots of puffins off the main walking path if you head up. This is not the trail towards Elliston, but one that heads in the opposite direction. A few of these shots were taken close to the trail, but off the main path.

Most amazing photo that I took on our entire trip. The trail is an easy walk with both coastal vistas and wooded sections. We pigged out on blueberries on the walk which ruined our supper.

Amazing! Great views along these long trails. Didnt get to see everything because I only had a couple hours and didnt have a map. You can get a map online for $2 but it takes upto 48 hours to receive, so get it in advance! Some of the trails are close to the edge so be careful with these strong winds!With my binoculars I could see some puffin homes on an island off shore. No puffins in site thought. Not sure if they dont live there anymore or if they were just all out eating or something.

done this hike in early October, no puffins, clear sunny day, wonderful view, sound of waves splashing against the rocks, spillars cave and cove are beautiful, there is no clear path, hiking apps may be misleading, dangerous cliffs that may not be ideal for pets or kids.
