Owner Sean is very tech-capable. Also friendly and super helpful for our needs, navigating the various service provider choices out there, and coming up with the best value and reliability!

Sean is so helpful, I will continue using this location because of him! He was patient and honest about pricing when I came back multiple times. I have never had such a great experience when it comes to my phone!

I came there to ship back a phone to Bell and there was a system error when the gentleman who owns the dealership tried to process this. He was helpful, informative and patient with me while I expressed my annoyance with the hassle of not being able to ship my phone back via Canada Post (Bell corporate’s error/issue, not Smart Wireless dealer issue). While frustrated about my experience with Bell, I appreciated the effort of Smart Wireless to work with the Bell agent over the phone to solve my issue.Side note, this is my first and only issue with Bell in over 5 years with them as my mobile service provider. Typically always very happy with my experience with Bell.

Just bought a phone from there. Sean was super patient and explained everything step by step and even threw in his professional opinions. I felt super relaxed and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend getting your phone services there.

I would highly recommend this Bell location! Sean was super professional, knowledgeable and patient with helping me find the perfect phone and plan. Sean provided lots of details and made sure there was no hidden fees and was super honest. I was switching phone providers and he was able to transfer everything so I did not have to do anything. The store clerk was very nice and all they were able to ask Bell for the credits for our account. However we had some problems with our bill after the first month, we had to sort it out with Bell and we found out that we were suppose to get $150 in accessories for each line that we got. I would recommend going to the actual Bell store instead to talk about hidden fees, or the proper bill and also rewards that you have with your account. 5/5 for interaction, but with the delivery of the product (bill and such) is 0/5.

Sean is 100% the definition of customer service. He was super patient with my (senior) parents.. who still have difficulty comprehending the difference between data & wifi.. let's just say he took the time to figure out what exactly what they needed without upselling them. He was more concerned with hearing their wants & needs, he found them an amazing plan that worked for them versus ensuring a profitable commission and or bottom line. He was so helpful I'm thinking of switching from Telus to Bell.. and I've been loyal to Telus for 24 years!

Sean is the single most helpful Bell rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He found us the perfect business solution with a bonus line and phone for employee use. Will 100% have my business in the future.
