Absolute waste of time and money. They don’t know what they’re doing at all. Our dishwasher wasn’t draining water so they supposedly changed some parts but the exact problems kept happening. We called them back and they literally turned off the water valve so that barely any water was getting in saying it was the water pressure. So it appeared as though the dishwasher was working now as there was no water left in the dishwasher - so we thought it was draining. Turns out water wasn’t even getting in so dishes weren’t even being washed. When we called to complain, he said he “tried everything”. How is turning off water a part of trying everything? Why not admit you don’t know what you’re doing? What kind of a professional does this? They did give a refund for the extra $ they charged but not for the initial fee for them to come in even though they had no idea what they were doing. We called someone else from a different company and they fixed it all in one session. Avoid!

Sam came and repaired the icemaker on my fridge. He replaced the part and checked everything was working. He came back to adjust water for making ice. Great service and friendly tech's and they clean up after them selves.

The tech in this company really lack of experience. He came twice and tried to fix my fridge but instead he made the problem worse and totally ruined my fridge. And they tell you there’s three month warranty regarding the same problem but if they can’t fix it they will ignore your phone calls.

I have to make this post because of the integrity of the Technician - Sam. I am so so grateful that hey came to repair my portable AC unit, however I am unable to contact the owner of the Calgary franchise to make this complaint, so I must post it. The technician outright lied to me. He gave me an estimate of 192.50 plus gst to replace a relay. I had questioned at the very beginning if he had parts for my DeLoghni unit. He said he didn't. But yet I'm told he will replace the relay. After I pleasantly agreed to the estimate I was amazed that he was immediately reassembling the unit. I asked for the old part. Of course there was none. AFTER direct confrontation He (Sam) simply tapped on the relay in question and it resumed functioning. He then offered a discount. And when asked about replacing it I was told it would have to go to a repair shop and have a new one re-soldered and he wasn't sure how long or how much more it would cost. We left it as it was and I paid $150.00 feeling completely swindled. Why lie? Now I wonder if Mr. Appliance will honor his 90 day warranty for the tap". So so sad."

Repair of our dishwasher was timely and complete. I just thought the cost was a little high.
