The Asian lady that works here has absolutely no manners and zero clue what customer service is. I went in two days ago and said “good afternoon” to her and she never answered she just looked at me. I told her I wanted to pick up my ups package that was dropped off there. She says “tracking number”. When I start giving her my tracking number she cuts me off and says “last four digits”. Why not say that first? Anyway she gets my package and then just points to something on the counter. I just look at her. She then says “sign “ and gestures to some beat up electronic signing pad hiding halfway under some items on the counter. Who does that ? Why not say “sign here please”? So I make a comment that she has no manners, sign for my package and then go. I realize another package of mine was delivered there as well when I go back to my car. I go back in and then she says “oh you have another package?”. This shocked me because this person was acting like she couldn’t talk before or that she didn’t understand English. I am calling UPS directly to complain about this person and to request that my packages NEVER be delivered to this location again. WORST SERVICE HERE. This woman needs to take an etiquette class.

I called the store around 220 this afternoon to ask if they do colour copies of photos. I was told yes, the price, that I had to email the photos and that they closed at 3. I live about 10 minutes away, arrived there in time and was out of there before 3 pm.The quality of my prints were second to none. One was smaller because it would be distorted if it filled the page. I would go back there and think I will for a few last minute jobs when they open again on Monday for a prayer rally I am organizing for the morning.

I thought lifting a finger to hold the package and lifting a foot to move the package is part of the job. Instead, the lady staff asked me to move the package to the scale so she can print the label without moving the box. She then asked me to put the box at the UPS pile so she didn't need to walk a step. I felt this is a self serve store.

Today I purchased a mailing tube from them. The staff are nice but when I got home and took it out from the bag, I realized they sold me an USED mailing tube. There is still a old sticky marking of the previous mailing label on the tube AND masking tapes taped around one of the covering.... I should have checked when I purchased it but I guess I assumed basic store etiquette where stores should not sell customers used items when you are paying for a new ones. May I also add, it was $8 before tax for a tube (I called ahead of time and asked how much is a tube and staff said a few bucks"... A few bucks is not $8 before tax. A few bucks is $3 or $4).... So now I spent close to $10 for a USED beat up looking mailing tube."

Not the best UPS store I have been to… the attitude is not great… the owner appears to be more comfortable communicating in Cantonese than English. They charge me $1 for every string of tape on my package, and $2 for printing per page. There is no price list so I either pay the rate or they will not seal the package. I do sell a lot of stuff online, although this store is the closest UPS to my house across Huntingwood I would rather drive to Bellamy and Ellesmere UPS and send my package from that store which makes me feel a lot more comfortable dealing with.

Worst possible service imaginable,Show ID & confirmation email to pick up a package, they refuse to release the package because drivers license address doesn’t match,Spend 30 minutes on the phone with UPS,show her the email and she reluctantly releases the package…Guarantee they wouldn’t have wasted my time like this if I was Chinese

Friday should open 9am. But person open the door 9:15am. Wasted my time

Great for poster printing. The lady who served me was very helpful. She was able to improve the quality of the logo so it came clear on large format. Definitely recommend.
