Sole Understanding Reflexology

Becky of Sole Reflexology is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for a few years now, and my treatments always leave me feeling so much better. I feel taken care of and relaxed. She is kind, and amazing at reflexology. Her space is quiet and calming and I can’t recommend her enough!

Becky is the absolute best at Reflexology! She is professional, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and has a great sense of humour that make the sessions a perfect break from the busy schedules of everyday life! If I could do a session with her every week I would. The atmosphere in the room is so relaxing and beautifully decorated! She has a cozy blanket for you to cuddle up with and the best neck pillow to keep you perfectly relaxed and supported! After your session you feel like you’re floating on clouds. My feet have never felt so good! If you have been thinking about trying Reflexology I would absolutely recommend you see Becky. You won’t be disappointed. Also, she supports other small businesses by displaying their work/products in her room. Pretty awesome, if you ask me!

I go to Becky for combo treatments. Living with fibromyalgia and the other fun stuff that comes with it, I find regular reflexology treatments very beneficial. I honestly think I'd be less mobile if I hadn't found Becky. I always leave her office relaxed. Do yourself a favour and go see her!
