Horrible sales associates.

Management are extremely unhelpful and were nothing but difficult when bringing in an exchange. Should have been a quick and simple process, we had everything documented via email from an online order. They kept aggressively demanding a paper receipt and that it was clear that was expected. We had the emailed receipt which should have been more than enough to take care of this exchange quickly and easily. Wow. Disappointing and corporate level will be called to complain.

Security and employees will follow you around making your shopping experience uncomfortable. In addition they won't offer help. This happens at every Shoppers Drug Mart and its super annoying, considering you're spending money and they treat you like you're up to no good.

I am really surprised about the attitude of the staff here. Really rude and unprofessional! I came in and ask if they have A4 paper. Very clear question and polite. The middle-age Asian lady told me she did not understand, I repeat myself because I thought it might because of my mask and she couldn’t hear me. Turn out it just her attitude and she did not listen, she tried to walk away and kept saying she didn’t understand what i am saying. Then the security guard nearby came to help and he answered my question right away and even knew where the a4 paper was displayed. I was going to walk there by myself, then the lady who tried to walk away said she will take me there. I followed her and she kept saying “I couldn’t understand what you say bla bla bla” and showing me her attitude. The fact that we are both Asian, I don’t know what she tried to prove here. Are she trying to prove I don’t know English or what? Anyway, I never saw a staff with that bad attitude like her. Really concerned about the training quality at this shopper drug mart.

They carry Origins, YSL, RMS, Pai, Dior, Urban Decay, and Eve Lom amongst other niche brands (though no Chanel). Super good selection of cosmetic brands with RMS and Pai being very difficult to find in-store elsewhere. The only downside was that RMS stocks were very limited during my visit. Otherwise, would highly recommend; the experts were very kind and helpful!
