i love this store for so many reasons! It is truly a one stop shop for all of your needs and pleasures. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Nicole is one of the nicest and most educated people I have ever known. No question goes unanswered and she never makes me feel uneasy or embarrassed. She is friendly and approachable. The ladies here are so open. The prices are reasonable and the choices are endless! This is and always will be my GO TO place of choice!

Nice store, great selection. Staff are helpful with most requests.CAUTION IF PURCHASING CONTACTS: I've bought 4 pairs there over 2 years (hoping it was a one time thing after the first year); 2 pairs had slits and ripped in half immediately after handling, one burned my eyes. I did buy one set of functional ones and they were decent quality; but not worth 150$ (3 other pairs) + heavy eye irritation.

Amazing costumer service. I was dealing with a very nice lady she was very helpful and went above and beyond to get me a product that I wanted that they no longer carried. I'll be going back for sure.

The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in that store .Only one of the associates were very pleasant and nice . But the owner / manager of the store should not be managing ..She’s very rude , unfriendly .. pushing people out the door .. .. ..blaming me for keeping her open till 7 pmWhen really other people were coming into the store ..it’s Halloweenwhen I went back for the same costume wouldn’t let me in., and gave me the wrong size and shoved me out the door.. really my rating is 5 for the products in the store ..but 0 for customer service

I have been a long time customer of this place, loved everything I got from there to the point I have not felt like grabbing a receipt...... that will change from now on.... I went in there and asked for a massage oil that can also be used for intercourse and was pointed to some massage oil, I picked my scent and went to pay for it.... went to use it this morning and all I have to say is my downstairs is screaming at me.... go to look on the bottle it has black pepper in it and is for external use only........ im very disappointed and will be calling the store when they open today.

Such good customer service. The lady that works there wasn't pushy ,very educational,helpful and understanding. She helped me and my partner feel comfortable. She helped my partner find the product that was best for him. Highly recommended!

The older lady that helps out always makes me smile and makes my day, everyone is so helpful and laughs are had.Would highly recommend going here if you are ever in the area.
