CIBC Branch with ATM

The assistant manager Yong is so professional.I went in with a problem and she helped me fixed it right away. The staff is very friendly

No line ups at this location like what people said previously. Great service!

ATM dispensed foreign currency, I went in and customer service was aware of the issue but told me I should’ve used the one on the right. The gentleman also said because I was using a TD card that this branch would not be able to assist in the reimbursement. Now I’m out $80 and I’m going through hoops to try and get my money back. My bank has said it is a recurring issue with their ATMs and advised me not to withdraw money from CIBC for the time being.

This is an excellent CIBC Branch! The senior financial advisor Mandy Ding (at CIBC Imperial Service) is always so considerate and sympathetic toward her clients - she goes above and beyond to help us in our bank service needs (be it a loan application, financial planning, investment advice, or sharing her own experience with great CIBC products ...). We are highly satisfied with her level of kindness, respect, positivism and professionalism!I had different experience with various major Canadian banks. With many great people like Mandy at CIBC, I truly feel lucky to have been a CIBC customer for more than 20 years. It is surely the first choice for people looking for excellent financial services, where they do ensure to live up to the trust of the people, be accountable for their work, and provides unending support to their customers.

Have 7 ppl ahead of me and 4 ppl behind me and there's only one person working. What a disappointment.This is Usually the case across majority of their branches.Just came from TD who had 6 working and no line up. That's what you call good service.Will definitely be transferring my chequing account and business to TD real soon!!

Just came from this branch. Banking here for more than 15 years & today, April 11, 2022, I was served by Bryant &, like I told him, I have never been served so quickly before. Bryant is so fast & efficient. I needed to reset the PIN on my US$ Visa & he did it in a jiffy. I know you will do well in future because you have the right work ethics. Pleasant surprise.

Service is inconsistent. The personnel near the door gave the wrong guidance, but there are knowledgeable people behind the counter.

The receptionist is very patient and enthusiastic. My personal financial advisor is very professional and helps me manage my personal finances. I am very satisfied with their service. It is very efficient to handle business here every time. Their decoration are beautiful, clean and spacious.
