On my way to Niagara Falls I noticed my breaks were making a loud dragging noise.I almost didn’t make it to Niagara, I was also so worried because I know nothing about cars, and I was scared of going to a mechanic I don’t know. I had no choice but to get my breaks done so I would be able to drive home.I googled mechanics in the Niagara Falls area, and Break Thru Auto Works came up.I checked the reviews and saw how many people were happy with the service at this shop so decided to try this place.Extremely glad I did!!I called and told the mechanic the issue and he said no problem! bring it in now and I’ll take care of it. When I got there they took my car in right away and completed the job in no time. The prices were exactly the same as I normally pay to have my breaks done.So very fair right off the bat!Not only did they take me in right away, the mechanic was so accommodating and very nice. He asked me numerous times if I’d like to take a seat and have some water. His wife came in not to long after and had asked me the same thing, so you can tell right away their naturally nice caring people.I normally don’t write a lot of reviews, but this one was an absolute must!Thank you for taking such good care of my car and being so friendly!! If this place was in Toronto, which is where I’m from, this would definitely be my forever mechanic:)The Niagara residents are lucky to have this mechanic shop!!Any issues with your car, and your in the Niagara region, go here.You will not be disappointed:)Regards: 2002 Honda civic

Have gone for a few oil changes and it beats other companies prices by far. Fast and friendly service. Give them a call.

Been to majority auto shops in Niagara falls and these guys you can trust. They have the best rates, goes over and beyond and does honest and quality work. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

Do not trust this guy. He is a big thief. He may seem nice and kind but he's just another mechanic looking to make as much profit as possible even if it means lying

Just like the other reviews, the owner has terrible customer service. I called prior to arrival for a service, owner picked and confirmed they can provide service. I got there and he asked me if I had an appointment.Why pick up the phone and agree to provide service and make me drive all the way to you only to tell me to book an appointment?He obviously didn’t want to provide service!You did not have to make me drive all the way to you if you didn’t want to provide service.He said wait an hour, I waited an hour and he still didn’t provide the service.Horrible Horrible!Save yourself the trouble and go to Dave’s mechanic where they care about providing you service.

Owner was rude to a simple question I asked, lacks basic customer service, would recommend other places instead. Their service is so bad. Very rude.

I have been to many shops in the Falls and by far this is the most friendly place with great service and fair pricing. Blaine the owner was very friendly and Professional. If you are looking for an honest mechanic and a family fun business look no further and go and see Blaine and Lisa at Brake Thru Auto Works.

Greatest shop in town!I passed by Niagara Falls during the holidays and my windshield washer failed on me. I called many shops in town but they were either closed or not available for the day. This was the only shop that took me in and looked at the windshield washer pump and fuse immediately and then even fixed it right away FOR FREE!!! I couldn’t imagine how the rest of my trip would end up without a washer pump in this icy Canadian winter! 10/10 recommended!
