Last week, I went to this salon for a haircut, the lady who cut my hair was very kind and warm, but not really a professional in cutting hair, even though I asked her several times to fix my hair problems, but in the end, it was very bad. When I returned home, my husband said that your haircut is horrible, I was very upset. A few days later, when one of my friends saw my hair, she said that it looks like you cut your hair yourself, not the salon. I called salon and complained they said We will fix it, I said if someone else can fix it, I don't trust that lady anymore, but she said no, she has to fix it herself, in short, I went to the salon and told the same lady what the problem was, and even showed her a photo of a model that If missunderstood before. She didn't know exactly what I meant, and unfortunately after an hour my hair was worse than it was, I was very angry but I really didn't know how to react, I went home and just cried, I was left with short hair that is so short I'm afraid to go to another salon, the most unprofessional haircut I've had in my life, as if I'm a bad person She fell on my hair with scissors and cut it without any rules, very irregular and the marks of the scissors on my hair are very ugly. I do not recommend visiting this salon for a haircut.
