I registered my daughter for dance for the first time and went here this past week to buy supplies. The person who served us, I believe her name was Natasha, was amazing!! My daughter is only 4 and she took her time with us, didn't get impatient, and made sure all the products we bought fit perfectly and were what we were looking for. She also knew everything about all the products. She used to be a ballet dancer so knows that side as well. I do not live in the area but will make the trip to this store just because of the service. The store itself had a great selection as well and we caught a good sale.

Very poor customer service. The lady in charge did not acknowledge us at all. We kept waiting for almost 15 minutes but she was totally oblivious to our presence. Very embarrassing and insulting experience. In the end we just left. Been to this shop twice and I have had similar unpleasant experiences on both occasions with this older lady. Won't go here again. I'd rather go all the way to Simcoe for my jazz shoes. Also, looking at historical reviews I see that this is an ongoing problem and the establishment hasn't taken any corrective measures. Disappointing, to say the least.

The staff made my daughter feel special, and they had everything we needed. I didn't have a clue where to begin and with the help of the staff my daughter is ready to dance ☺️

My daughter got her first ballet uniform here. Karen and Stacey knew exactly what she needed it was a quick and pleasant experience. Honestly I wouldn't even try anywhere else.

I have been in here at different times as one of my children is fairly new to dance. The last time I was in the store on Jan 21, 2023 with my daughter, the younger lady at was delightful, but the older lady was rude, dismissive and belittling with her words and actions. I felt very unwelcome in the store.Update: other than the apology on Google the store has NOT reached out in any other way.

First time there today. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They made my girls and I feel comfortable and welcomed. Very fast service was in and out with exactly what I went in for. Will definitely go back for future dance purchases.

Staff is welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Seamless experience. The quality of the clothing is also great, your child will outgrow the items before they are 'worn out'. To me, that is worth it.

We have been into this store twice as it’s our daughters first year doing dance. The quality of the product as well as the selection is excellent. We will definitely continue to choose this store for our dance apparel going forward. The service and the knowledge from the lady we have had the pleasure of dealing with both times is also top notch.

Not bad. Well located and good viriaty. A bit costly and staff was not very interested in being there. At one point she mentioned she was just covering for someone. We did buy the tap shoes since it was a good quality.
