This is the first time I've ever rented a storage locker so I wasn't sure how it worked. Moiz was fantastic. He gave us lots of info and was very friendly. We found out he was in training - we would never have known! He seemed like he'd been there for ages. Great guy. The prices here are also better than other places we investigated.

If I could give 0 I would. Horrible customer service. They charged me for a lock and I did not receive one. I paid $42 for 1 lock instead of $21. They will not own up to their mistake and now they say it's my fault for not checking, so too bad but I am not refunding you". They also keep raising their prices the longer you stay with them. No discounts for loyal customers."
