Her attention to detail gave me a level of trust in her which made the transaction extremely smooth. She took the time to understand my needs and recommended a completely custom set of earplugs that have been worth their weight in gold! They perform way better than the traditional foam inserts I have always used.I am grateful to have found a hearing professional I can trust with my hearing health. CANNOT stop mailings from this company. DO NOT get on any of their mail lists! I moved three years ago and they are still sending mail to the new home owner despite contacting the parent company and contacting this branch location numerous times. It is frustrating and funny that a hearing company will not listen to customer requests.

The staff is very professional and helpful. The store is clean and sanitized after each customer.
