We recently found ourselves in a position where we were in need of a lawyer to assist with a contract dispute issue and were directed to T. David Marshall and Marshall Law Group by our former lawyer (now retired). Excellent Just read about them finally taking on the Ontario LTB, that leaves landlords homeless, near bankruptcy and with emotional stress when tenants don't pay, and the LTB does nothing for more than 6 months! Imagine being out tens of thousands, because the LTB can't push a simple piece of paper though.
