Jay at McDonnell as usual made the purchase of my bronco so easy. The team is great there and made sure I knew everything about the new Bronco and Jay was awesome with all the knowledge and advice on the options I wanted added. They do not use pushy sales tactics and provide pure knowledge to help with making the right choice. McDonnell is 2 hours away from me but always number one choice when looking for a vehicle no matter the distance away.

I purchased a new to me vehicle (2017 Expedition Platinum) from a different Ford dealership (1.5hrs away) and had been having issues with it since day 1. After only 2 weeks I had my vehicle towed back to the original dealer for repairs only to have it returned to me making the same noise. We had a trip planned the following day and needed the issue resolved asap. They gave me permission to go to my local Ford dealer for 1 hour of diagnostics." My experience here was fantastic. Dan did an excellent job at showing me around the car and answering any questions that I had, and also, made the entire experience easy and straight forward. Sarah did an amazing job going through all the interior features and setting up the FordPass application upon pick-up of vehicle. I would highly recommend going to McDonnell Motors for your next Ford purchase, especially if you get to work with these two employees.

I was very happy with the competitive trade-in value Jay offered. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Sarah really took her time showing me all of the features in my new-to-me Ford.

When other Dealerships told us we were too late to build a Ford Bronco, Dan from McDonnell Motors said “ let me take a look”. We were so happy he looked into it because we were able to put in a build for one.Dan was great to deal with. He was honest with us and our expectations for our build. He gave great suggestions and after a few modifications we received our “build date”.Four months later and I am driving THE BEST vehicle I’ve ever had.We will definitely recommend Dan and the entire team to anyone looking for a vehicle!Thanks again everyone!!!!
