Spoke with Mr Bourgon about my case, he indicated on multiple occasions he would take my case. I am funded through legal aid. Set an appointment and he last minute informs me he won't take my case. Doesn't listen to my story, nothing.Not a compassionate individual, not someone who believes in justice.Justice is money in the eyes of a man like this. I wouldn't use his services if you paid me.

Andre and his team are on it. The man is smart and accomplishes what he sets out to do. My family went through a stressful time- unique circumstances called upon unique and clever representation. When my husband and I felt that we were standing at a brick wall, Andre was always a telephone call away, and all the comfort that we needed. I cannot say enough about this team of lawyers. I'd also like to point out that their fees were more reasonable than anticipated, given the above and beyond effort that went into our not so cut and dry situation. Andre was extremely difficult to work with, he kept stalling me telling me how much work he had and then breaking commitment after commitment.He agreed to transfer a property that I purchased for the end of the following month. The real estate agent sent him all of the papers and he confirmed they were received in good order and that he would finish the project by the end of the following month. But when I followed up weeks later after seeing no progress, he informed me that he would not be able to complete the transfer in time and that I would need to get an extension, THIS WAS NOT AN OPTION!He was already working on transferring 2 other properties from a partner I bought out and finally he informed me that it was finished and that I could bring him a check for is fees plus $7,780 for the Land transfer taxes. I was confused they were so expensive and he confirmed that that was the cost and that I needed to bring a certified check. Although the amount was very high I was over the barrel so I had to bring him the check without question. Much to my confusion when I approached the bank to get the loan from the properties he never completed the task after he said it was completed. I kept asking when he would get it done but he just kept saying “I will get it done when he gets done”So, finally I had to hire another lawyer to prove that his work was not completed and that he had overcharged me almost $5,000. His work was totally incompetent and he actually ended up with refunding me $4,720 of the $7,780 that he charged me more than double what the land transfer tax is really were..So in closing, if you do have to deal with this lawyer I recommend that you have his work double checked as in my case his charges were exaggerated beyond imagination. Also I recommend that you don't have any important deadlines hanging on the transactions because In my opinion, he seems to have no concern about keeping his commitments.

I cannot be more grateful for this man. We were in a really bad situation with a house we owned and we weren't sure if the problem could even be remedied. I won't give details, but crooked people had scammed us and because of this man's passion for justice, he was able to remedy the problem for us fairly quickly. Because of his great customer service, I ended up turning to his help again this year and despite offering him money he refused it and gave me advice anyway. He isn't just a good lawyer he's a good man and my family really benefited from his services. Highly recommend.

Andre spent a few minutes with me on the phone and gave me very thorough advice of preliminary steps I need to do before engaging a law firm.
