Hardie Home Decorating

I was told by staff they had a spray tip for my gun so I made the 60 minute round trip to their store. Once there the lady said she knew nothing about the gun tips and refused to call the owner for advice after I explained how I had made the trip from out of town. In the end she sold me a tip that did not work so I know have to make a second trip back to return the $45 tip. Poor experience.

Due to covId we called before a sale in Jan/21 rather then go inside with all our questions. Staff including owner was very helpful and friendly at all times.

Wife went in their store today and was greated by the lady their working with what do you want!". Twice this gal has been rude and condescending to us. Short with her comments like were idiots They have excellent products but what rudeness. Will never set foot in their store. Our hard ear ed money will be spent at their competition."

We have been dealing with Hardie's for the past year and a half. Always had a pleasant experience until today. I entered the store, sanitized my hands and proceeded to the paint chip wall. I had started to pull one chip and was approached by a woman who I have not seen in the store before. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her some warm grey chips. She then handed me a brochure that contained a couple of color choices. I asked If I could pick out a couple of chips and she said in a snarly way I can give you all the chips" . I replied that I just wanted to pick a couple but again she pointed at the limited color choice of the brochure and told me to pick one and then come back. I'm sorry
