Big shout out to Russ and his team at Player's Bench. We ordered baseball bags for a team on short notice and he was able to bring in two days from Ontario. Custom service was excellent and Player's Bench went over and above to help our baseball team. Thanks!

Bob is incredibly knowledgeable with anything hockey! They order what you need and always amaze me when there’s products you need but don’t know exist and they get them for you. These guys are the best!

Went in to get a specific set of skates. Didn't have my size. Lined up everything, ordered to assumed size, and everything was perfect. Great staff, very knowledgable. 2 weeks was pretty fast to get me my skates I wanted. Thanks for the great service

We had a fantastic experience this last Friday in this store. We were in the store just after opening in the morning and were browsing and grabbed a few things. When paying for the items the lady at the toll thanked us very much for our purchase. She let us know the owner “her husband” was normally in at that time but if we had any questions to give him a call and gave me his card.We then came back to the store as I had found what I was looking for but my daughter wasn’t with me to try things on. When we got to the lacrosse section and I asked her to try on some things the owner Russ came over to ask if we needed a hand. I smiled as my daughter has anxiety and as much as she doesn’t like dads help a “stranger” usually has her clamming right up. However Russ made a couple of suggestions and joked with her as he stepped away to let her decide for herself what she liked or didn’t. He then came back and made a few more suggestions. It was a fantastic experience for her. She now feels great about her new equipment and confident it fits well and will protect her.If you need help I would suggest stopping in and letting the folks at the store help make you feel like you’re a part of their team.Thank you Russ. They have excellent service! There is a hockey tournament this weekend and we got to the store early so we could be first in line, you know in case others also needed skates sharpened before their first game, and they were ready for us and said come in early!As a business owner, and as a customer, I appreciate the level of service. Local store in PG failed to provide custom skate services. Decided to try store in Kamloops. Best decision. Friendly, helpful and worked hard to provide great service.

Took my kid's skates for sharpening during a hockey tournament hosted in Kamloops. Do not let their young sales kid to sharpen, he completely messed the edges up and my kid couldn't skate on them and ended up missing the final game in the tournament. Obviously this shop does not take the sharpening of skates seriously and has no proper training on their young staff.

Awesome service, great prices on used hockey/goalie gear...I'll definitely keep coming here for my son's equipment :)
