Horrible customer service from the sales associates. An African-American sales rep with short hair was extremely rude and offensive. She also lied to me about how many dress bags they had left. I Will never shop here again.

Dont want to give single star very rude service by manager( african lady with short hair )dont know how to deal with customer . I went there to excahnge dress(4) for different size but they dont have my size 6 . The lady on reception desk called so assistant manager she said we will not do any refund on items even you have a tag , by mistake i took off tag from dress while try on at home but its lilltle tight. I told her that am giving you tag with dress she said our store policy we cant refund . She said you can exchange only with same price item . I went with my newborn i request her give me credits for next time use as by baby crying in car I dont hve much time to select new dress manager speak so rude tht i dnt care cnt help you with tht.its 200 dollar dress when I start looking something else receptionist comes to me and said my manager said we cant do exchange nd that my last decision . They both change there statemnets and manager went inside storeage room when I asked lady to call your manager i want to talk to her . They refused to come outside as she said am on my lunch break I will not come . Never go back there vey bad service

Good clothes. One of the staff was very snooty and had no concept of customer service. Should have taken her name but forgot to. She had a heavy Spanish accent. The store manager was very nice and fair. Bought a dress that had tag for less money but at the check out was charged more. Then was told by this Spanish lady that computer was correct and tag was wrong or some customer must have fraudulently switched the tag. When I showed her same price tag on all the other 5 pieces, she just shrugged and said she cannot do anything about it. Luckily the manager heard this and told her to charge what was on the tag and override the computer. I don't understand why such people work in retial jobs when they hate people.

Got two dresses over $1000 from the store for a pre wedding shoot. Later saw one dress had a rip on it. Went to exchange it. Sales rep Sonia was extremely rude and stated you shouldn’t buy delicate dresses and should always shop around. And asked why did we just stick to one store. I want to now ever return the other dress I got. Melanie lyne would never be my choice moving forward and would never recommend it.

Staffs are always friendly and helpful. That is why I love to shop at this location in Heartland. And they have good selection of styles.

I recently went in person to exchange an online shopping order. The staff were all amazing! I was struggling physically due to an accident & everyone was super helpful! Hardworking, courteous & supportive. Excellent service by the team that worked today. I mostly shop online as I find most stores offer a terrible in person experience, kudos to Melanie Lynne for continued focus on the customer!

This store gets an A+ for customer service and management. Sonia (store manager) and her team provided a friendly, professional and well managed environment. Sonia went out of her way to satisfy my need for a different size by calling a nearby store and making sure I had the chance to get the outfit the very next day! Thank you! I will definately go back and I highly recommend this store and the staff.

My experience with Melanie Lynn at Heartland has been excellent. Sonia SM and Abeer CS is very professional and helpful. Zapping is quick, really like quick response and recommendations.
