Terrible service and customer service. My father took his truck in to get the fuel pump replaced. They didn’t do the install properly and had to go back and troubleshoot/ fix it. They charged him for the extra hours. The vehicle was also returned without properly tightening the battery leads down. Alternator was shot within a matter of a week. Won’t take responsibility or return his calls. Would not recommend a company like this.

Our breakline burst while we were on vacation in Oliver, and BCAA recommended we get towed to Sabyan. We were very impressed with the service and the honesty of the mechanics who helped source the best replacement parts, and even went out of their way to explain the issues associated with the manufacturers breakline design, and why it went. We've already recommended them to others in our group with vehicle issues.

Fantastic spot, either the seconed best or best automobile place I've gone to, while traveling! (My home town had a pretty good car service spot, so its hard to find other places that are good) Service was easy to talk to, straight to the point, cares more of my safety while driving, than squeezing every cent out of you! They also gave me a free car to drive around until mine was fixed!Already told people around here about these guys, I will always recommend people here until I leave next summer!Thank you so much, Tire Land!see you next week with my car!Sincerely Austin Adams.

Poor customer service. When they say they will call you they never do. They give expected time to pick up vehicle and they do not call. I called at 1 hour before closing and the vehicle was not ready...but still no call. Overcharged for parts and services. Did not install parts that they charged me for as I had another mechanic check it. How can you survive in a small trading area when you lie to customers and do not communicate. This should have no stars but I have them one. Avoid this business .
