I always pass by this store before, thinking everything were expensive, but seeing the sale sign, I went in. Oh my! clothing were affordable and looked lovely.I am so delighted with my purchased. Affordable, but looks great and comfortable. Their clothing were stylish. I will be purchasing soon.I think they have a changing room if you would like to try their clothes.Customer service was great from my experience that day.

I wish there was an option for zero stars, since that is how every interaction is when I try go to this store at Nanaimo Woodgrove. If I go on my own, I am followed as a POC. If I go with my husband, we’re both ignored and not helped at all when I try shop.The workers will greet all other customers and help them search for products, except for us. I used to go in only because I would find clothes there, and would try to ignore the racism and poor behaviour, but at this point I won’t shop there at all anymore.

Came in for a return because the sweater I had purchased was too itchy for my liking. I felt that it was a big deal to the cashiers, and everyone had to question me about it. My bill was paid with two card, but mine the majority and more than what the sweater cost. They continued to talk about how they would never usually do this and were very rude. Won’t go back as I feel like their care for their costumers isn’t a priority.

Terrible customer service. We simply wanted to do an exchange of colour on a dress that still had the tag attached (and has never been worn) and they refused to do anything. It was a hard and fast no - we were not attempting to do a return to get money back or any different items, we were just hoping to exchange for a different colour on the same dress. Very disappointed and will never shop there again.

Just had a terrible experience at this store in Westwood mall. I had bought a shirt in March and they left the ink tag on, the very next day is when they closed due to covid. I have had this shirt for 3 months and have been waiting to return it. I have my bill and when I spoke with Brittany (manager) at this store, she said a simple no" to the return and offered $10 off my next purchase. I explained that since they made this mistake
