I never recommend this building to anyone, worst in downtown, especially management, never listen to anyone and never care about their tenants, a lot of bugs and roaches in the whole building

Brutal. Management was awful. Rude/aggressive behaviour - and had to pass by them literally every day., Couldn't pay me to live here again.

As soon as multi res management took ownership of the building I was living in, the place went to hell!
