I usually have a great experience ordering from this store. But today, May 9th, the barista skipped over making my drink, to serve other people who order after me. I know mobile orders don’t jump to the front of the line, but I don’t expect to be pushed to the back either.I order my drink at 06:48pm, but the barista didn’t make it until 07:01pm. Even if there is a lineup of people waiting, drinks should be made base on who order first.

Pretty typical Starbucks.The service was fast and friendly. There were some seats with plugs where you could plug in your computer and work.Can be pretty busy at lunch and morning hours but in-between those two periods this location is not busy at all.

Outstanding service from Joshua! All the staff were amazing, and I couldn’t be happier! I came 20 minutes before closing, and Joshua along with the other employee (I didn’t quite catch her name) were both so enthusiastic even though it was so late. I appreciate them both so much. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks.

This has become my go-to place recently because it’s conveniently located between my home and my friend’s place. We often meet here to enjoy coffee and study together. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the plaza offers ample parking, making it a great choice.

At 5pm, there were 2 staffers, service was bit slow we than usual. 1 was cleaning and the other staff was taking orders at terminal, and making drinks. They are not watching each other’s tasks, they were not in sync, and failed to put customers first.

Staff is always friendly, they are quick and accurate with my orders.I love Starbucks and I believe in you get what you pay for so yes they are a bit pricier than other places but they are way better!!They represent Starbucks’ rep of going out of their way for their customers and making them feel special!Not to mention the only place that I can get my all time favourite Rip Van Wafels...please bring the chocolate one to Canada!!

My favourite Starbucks! Everyone is friendly and makes our order perfectly every time. The place is clean and I love the set up (esp in the summer).

In spite of being slammed baristas were friendly. Drinks came out reasonably quickly given there were about 10 people ahead of us. They also got the order spot on. I think the Canadian Starbucks product is actually better than in the USA. Their chai concentrate is definitely richer and the coffee doesn’t have that bitter burnt taste like it does across the border. Whatever they’re doing differently here it’s working!
