Abhi is just a great RMT! I been seeing him for the past few years as I workout with weights regularly and often experience muscle soreness for which massage therapy is ideal for treatment, as well as just relieve from overall stress from a busy/active lifestyle.

I highly recommend Abhi's services. He operates a clean and functional home studio that incorporates a serene mix of sounds, music, lighting and décor giving it an incredibly relaxing ambience. A consummate professionalism who has an astute understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics, even saved me a trip to a Physiotherapist and helped me repair my debilitating tennis/carpenter's elbow pain by recommending some strength training exercises. Made it easy to transact through the use of his appointment bookings portal and submitting my claims directly with my insurers. For those of you who drive, there's always ample and convenient parking options even during rush hour. I work in high-rise construction and my RMT needs change from week-to-week depending on the work I've done in that particular week. Abhi always takes a quick moment to uncover problem areas and tackle it concisely with modifications to body positioning, use of heating pad, extra cushions, and adding stretches and changing pressure.

I booked an appointment with Abhi, having never been there before. I was in extreme pain in neck and upper back. He was able to work out the knots and mobilize my neck. After 3 sessions I am much better in my neck and range of motion is back, still need constant work on my upper back through stretching and strengthening. But it's a work in progress. I really appreciate the work he has done for me to enjoy daily work and life.

Abhi has all your basis covered with all the knowledge he possess and the variety of treatments he can offer.I was with one massage therapist for two years, and she knew my body extremely well. Unfortunately, I moved and was in search of someone new as of late. Having tried several other therapists without any luck, I am extremely, extremely fortunate and grateful to have stumbled upon Abhi. Abhi takes the time during your first intake to really assess the body and determine what is out of place and identify and pinpoint to precision what muscles need to be addressed. He is extremely in tune with the body and takes multiple approaches, including some forms of Thai or swedish massage to ensure that you walk away with the best results possible. Should you require deep tissue, this is something that is NOT a problem at all, and he has you covered there - coming from a previous body builder. The icing on top is the little extra things such as the shoulder pillows to get you in the right position and to be relaxed, as well as the heated towels that he provides. Looking forward to many more appointments to come.
