Store was well organized but all of the prices are extremely overpriced. Not even the clearance items were decent prices. If you look around, you will find a better deal.

Shopped for my whole family there. We all found something suitable and the prices were great (lots of sales as well). Had two staff approach us to assist which is awesome. Easy to find what we were looking for and checkout was fast and simple.

Back to school shopping for shoes was so easy! Buy one get one 25% off for the kids ... plus half price boots in clearance for me for the fall! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent service. Staff offered to order the shoe I wanted in my size and helped me look for ones similar that they did have in my size. They also always have on great promotions and sales

Try to call this store, they never answer their phone. When you do go to the store the staff seem like they are doing you a favor if /when they do assist you. Aberdeen Ave store is the store to visit.

Staff were not following the arrows. I tried to ask a staff a question and she turned away. There was another girl who was happy to answer my question, so thank you. Should have gotten her name. As for stock, lots of selection but not alot of stock of all sizes.

Decent shoe selection at fairly high prices, running about $80 minimum for men's shoes. They do have sales or discounts but rather than publish the sales price they slap percentage discounts on the boxes. In this case some boxes tend to get missed or the discounts only apply to certain sizes on certain styles.Another thing I cant say I enjoy is they ask for your phone number at the cash, without an explanation up front. An email is one thing, a phone number feels more invasive somehow.
