Update March 2023Had to call in because I purchased a used vehicle.I was assigned a new agent without any notification, just sort of allocated one to help with the registration. Still really disappointed but at least the new agent was helpful and responded right away to my questions and requests.Update March 2022Still not a word.. And then people wonder why insurance companies get such a bad reputationUpdate Oct 2021Still not a word from this insurance company... I would change providers if the rates weren't so good. But it is not just about the money, interaction is important... Very very disappointingNormally I have nothing but praises.. But this year the lack of communication has been disappointing. I am empathetic to the challenges of COVID but it was just outright disheartening...

Been with these guys for 10 years Never changed or adjusted our family policy. When asked agent Sonya Aransevia 3 times for a competitive quote, answer was always the same “ this is the best price”. Within one phone call to a competitor we found a 50% savings, literally. Highly recommend to Shop around, remember these brokers get a kick back so the higher the rate the higher there kick back.
