Telze Professional Smartphone Repairs - Billings Bridge (Ottawa)

Really scummy practices, owner is incredibly rude if you can even reach him.Read other reviews about how they treat and take advantage of older clientele.Even treats their own employees horribly.I'd strongly suggest to stay away.

Amazing customer service; shop while laughing. I found exactly what I was looking for and received great service from Akbar and Ahmed and the price was rigth.

This afternoon me and my brother visited the store for a iPhone case, unfortunately we had a really bad experience from a male guy who wears a suit..not only he show us a bad attitude he was forced us to take a specific product. He scanned he mobile case and told us a price and after few minutes he changed the price. We were very regularly Costumers there my brother and I do repairs and buy watches and phone cases we never had a bad experience like this. If we see this guy there again either we will get into a big argument or never gonna go to Telze again and share this to all my friends.

Apperently its managements rule that they cant give me the price of a screen protector over the phone unless i come into the store and prove i have the phone or something lolShady. No thanks

After reading other reviews I realise that I recently had a similar experience that Conor had last year.I purchased an IPhone XS for the very inflated price of $500. plus tax. I don’t use my phone much but over the next couple of weeks I had a few people say that they couldn't hear me properly - either breaking up or distorted. I also realised when I checked the battery that it was low and suggested I take it in for repair! I went back to the point of purchase where she replaced the battery but insisted that the speaker/microphone issues were with my provider! I’ve had the same provider for years and this had not happened before. I have since checked with other cell phone distributors that said the issue is with the phone - not my provider.I would appreciate a reply as I have sent an email to your company but have not had a response.

Replaced the screen on my iPhone and they gave me a non iPhone screen. The first time they replaced my screen it had lines through it and wasn’t functional, second time they replaced it with a screen that was purple. If I could give 0 I would. Thanks telze.

Great experience! All employees have great customer service, especially Lara! Lara was very helpful with figuring out my phone issues and remained transparent through out the process. The place down the hall tried to over charge and attempted to price match when they realized what happened. Telze charged me a descent price that was the same as the one I got over the phone. Thank you Telze!
