Completely amateur and incompetent.. 3 packages scheduled for same day delivery, only one arrived. The 2nd package arrived the next day, the 3rd package still on hold for delivery.. RidiculousEdit: I don’t need you to assist. I called multiple times and opened 2 tickets already - one normal ticket and another time sensitive ticket and the issue still didn’t get resolved. Just own your incompetence.

Bad service. Please use some other service for your courier. They never attempted to deliver my package and make update on website that the driver is on delivery.I call DHL many time this but everytime make some excuses and will deliver tomorrow but in the end I went to pick my own package. Please use some other services.

I went to the service point ... arrived at 5h45pm and it was close...but it says open until 8pm on google anf eveb on their Window... i'm VERY disappointed.

Not too impressed with the attitude of staff.It seems they operate on a man know man basis. My observation though and so very annoying for a shipping company of that magnitude. Unfortunately, first time to go to that particular office because Google gave time of closing as 8pm. Got there by 6.30pm, no one attended to me but a lady came with loads of goods at about 7.20pm while still waiting for UBER and three people scurried to assist her. Anyways, DHL just lost a customer.

Wost delivering service!!!They let you schedule your delivery to make sure someone will be home but do not respect it! Then they send you an email saying no one was home WELL OBVIOUSLY if you come at a time I did not choose because I KNEW no one will be there. Do not give the option if you will not respect it. And then you have to play games with them to know when you will get your package because they can never give a straight anwser.Can’t believe companies still work with them!
