Very stressfull situation.At Oliver Hyundai i had a very worse experience ever. Employee Siamak did not know his job properly. No professionalism with zero experience in handling customer. Siamak told my deposit money will be refund in 5 minutes. He text me after two days asking my card number and expiration date so he can refund my money. I drove to this showroom just to waste my time,gas and energy. I would never recommend anyone to deal with Siamak if your at this showroom. I want my deposit back.Please read my comment its not about the car. Its about my deposit. Stop blaming customers rather treat customers kindly". Thank you"

Very satisfied with the service..Jeremie took care of me and he did a great job! A to Z..made the purchase very smooth and answered all my questions.. the moment you walk into the dealership ship you sense the professionalism and relaxed faces of the employees..i totally recommend them!

I enquired about a VW I was interested in that they were selling. The car specs and price was good. I explained I was from Ottawa and would be coming to see the car. A $200 deposit was required, so be it.The carfax was clean and the only issues were brakes were 50/50 and the windshield needed replaced. Upon driving for 250kms and 2.5 hrs I arrived to see that 3 out of 4 doors handle surrounds and the rear passenger c pillar had advanced rust and corrosion issues. This was a silver vehicle and was the toughest colour rematch imaginable or possible.The sales person retrieved the used sales managed that seemed quite dismissive and disinterested. It is what it is. I explained I knew nothing about the corrosion issues and that if I had known I would not have wasted a day off and almost 500kms of travel for nothing. He, the used manger, said and I adlib; the deal is over and cancelled. I was dismissed. I retrieved my deposit and I needlessly returned to Ottawa. You live and you learn.What a waste of my time, but they did not seem to care. Boo Hoo!Their response to my feedback was so non caring and sure, yawn we'll look in to - NOT! I hope this post helps others if nothing else

I went in last minute to take a look at a used vehicle up for sale. Upon entrance, the receptionist greeted me kindly and within minutes I was sitting with a rep by the name of Olivier. Oli was kind and attentive to my needs(he proposed other vehicles as unfortunately there was already a deposit on the one I wanted, and when I explained I'm looking for a specific platform, he did his best to find that exactly). There was never any pressure, and they offered to take a look at my vehicle for trade in even after I told them it was high mileage and essentially worthless.All in all, I am pleased. I have had bad luck with dealers and hate them all equally, but Olivier Hyundai showed me that you can be surprised from time to time. I'd gladly recommend them.

No , it was clearly said by your salesman that with warranty interest rate on financing is 8.99 and without warranty its 11.99 and sadly the car was sold to someone else ! There nothing about hyundai cars it was an audi s5 so there nothing left to talk!Will never recommend to anyone to visit their delarship

Just picked up my New Santa Cruz 2023. Was taken care of by Carole-Ann,very happy with how she took her time to explain everything and to make sure I was good before leaving.Also greeted by Benjamin and congratulated on my purchase!I would recommend them Highly to anyone!!
