Tried to go in before they closed and they refused entry to myself and others present. There were 6 of us (not together, but waiting outside) & he was only allowing 3 of us in. 2 of the friends of the first person pushed through everyone else who waited respectfully and he refused service to the rest of us. Instead of even speaking to us, he just closed the door. They do not serve until 11. They should change the hours of operation.

Everytime (4+ times) I have come in for something listed as being in stock on their website, they have not had it in stock, and then tried to upsell me to something 2x the price. This place seems to be purposely keeping inaccurate inventory numbers to drive extra traffic to the store. Will not be wasting my time with this location again. To respond to their reply, the budtender recommended me product more than 50% higher in price each time. The issue is most notable on their budget OZ, which sometimes show 12+ in stock when they have none.

As a budtender, I came here to grab an accessory with my friend, I didn't realize the ID I had on me was expired. I talked to a taller boy in his early 20's I think named Tony . I then patiently waited outside while my friend shopped, they overheard Tony" absolutely talking poorly about me. As he was leaving he suggested to them to maybe not talk poorly about customers in a customer service based industry. He then was told he didn't know the situation and was told to leave. This was both our first experience at the rideau location and absolutely won't be returning or suggesting this location

Richard, the store manager was very helpful! Unfortunately upper management (specifically the territory manager) does not care about selling expired products that have made me physically ill. Very disappointed in the corporation as a whole for this, won’t be shopping at any canna cabana in the future if this does not get rectified. Thanks again to Richard for the help but his bosses can eat dirt
