I bought 4 pairs of Hearing Aids for the last 12 years from 4 different stores. I bought my latest set from Amplifon Hearing store in Guildford Surrey. First I was given a set for Trial. It was a good set.Because of the excellent service from the nice and knowledgeable staff I bought my new set of hearing aids. Also the price was relatively the best in the market.What is really remarkable is the service I have been receiving since I bought it. They service my set every 3 months as part of the warranty. Not only that I will get a free supply of batteries for 3 years again as included in the warranty.I remembered that my previous Hearing Aid from another store also had 3 years warranty. But they did not service or check my Hearing Aids unless I had a problem. And I don’t remember being given a free supply of batteries.Knowledgeable and attentive staff, good service, good warranty, good price. I am stuck. Amplifon Hearing GUILFORD is the place to buy your hearing aids. I am so impressed.

I am throughly satisfied by the care and service i received from this Clinic. Ms.Shereen at the reception is so friendly and always greets you with a smile and the expert Ms. Shruti is very caring ,humble and gives you the best and sincere advice related to your hearing problems. She suggests what is most suitable for you and provides you with all the details to your satisfaction.I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone who needs such services.

Amplifon only cares about advertisement trying to get old people to make appointments..... Father passed away, for past 2 years I keep getting mailings, to make him an appointment. I have called the number several times, saying please stop mailing take him off the list, I have sent the mailings back (paid for my own postage) telling them to stop mailing because he is no longer here. I have actually gone into the Surrey branch by Guildford, told them, she says its central mailing but would take care of it. Well I got another one again, really.... lets keep putting salt to the wound. I told them to stop, well I am done being nice, trying to get them to stop. Everytime I get a letter now, I will post negative. If you can't control your mailing and insist on barating grieving families. I wouldn't use them as once someone dies, they keep reminding you.
