Great organization!

They called me back finally after 5 business days but they don't leave their name, phone number or extension so how am I suppose to call back? Now I have to call back just to leave my name and number so they can call me back again in 5 business days... Communication with them is horrible.

I've been calling them for more than a month now and no one is getting back to me.This the worst experience I've ever had.

Former Employee. Previously worked as a financial aid administrator, mailroom clerk, file clerk. This business is meant to issue OSAP loans to all accredited* private career colleges and universities throughout Ontario eligible to receive student aid. CCO is made of of a board primarily consisting of the majority of schools they serve and have been contracted by the Ministry Of Colleges and Universities to issue OSAP. They had a 24-48hr turnaround time to process each student loan application when I was employed with CCO back in 2014... Whereas the Ministry of Colleges and Universities was still responsible for issuing OSAP to 'Public' colleges and universities such as Laurier, u of T and Seneca college for example. They last time I checked the Government took up to 6 months to review and process a single loan application. So in essence we did twice the work at a quarter of the speed it took the government.We got paid about $14-$16/hr., However the Ministry still got their $25+ hour wages, pension and union. We would often refer and difer to the Ministry regarding advice, authorization and training and clarification. Essentially the schools ar CCos clients, the students are as well in addition to both levels (federal and provincial) governments.. Interesting job.

Horrible services, never respond to phone call or email even if directed to particular person/s. I am shocked to see such irresponsible behaviour.
