A house with quite the history, do stop by if you are in the area. The young tour guide we had was very friendly and quite knowledgeable. I recommend this museum and definitely ask for the guided tour.

It's so nice and educational. Stephanie was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. They also have a tin shop and take custom orders. The lantern I bought was amazing! Highly recommend!

Park House Museum
Takes you back to life in the yrs 1812 war n heartbreak occurred. The Lovely little gardens surround this Lilly place with signage explaining the plants.

My family and I thoroughly enjoy the thought and care put into this Museum. The events held here are informative, fun for children and interesting for parents. We enjoy our outings to Amherstburg and recommend this stop.

Park House Museum
An excellently presented view of past events regarding many subjects through the ever changing exhibits. The staff are friendly and generally quite knowledgeable about the building, its history, and the town of Amherstburg. I would make sure to look into what events they are having if you stop by because they have a wide variety!Also, their tinware is better made than anywhere else I've seen and also much more affordable than other places.

Sorry did not intend to leave a bad review. The Park House is definitely a must see for anyone wanting to learn about the history of Amherstburg and Essex County during their visit.

One of Amherstburg's historical gems. Great staff and interesting exhibits. Take home a piece of authetic history by purchasing tinware created by their tinsmiths.
