I am a professional educator and worked with many Speech and Language therapist in my time. When seeking someone to work with my own child Serena came highly recommended and can see why. She has a natural gift to connect with children and make them feel comfortable. She provides follow-up activities and a summary after each session that allows us to reinforce her lessons. She is friendly, personable, understanding and patient. With her intervention, our son's articulation has improved and he is able to self-correct with and without prompting.
