Greyhound saskatoon

I guess it’s not their fault that taking the bus or using it to ship packages isn’t as popular as it used to be.. but if the bus will stop in a town for passengers, doesn’t it make sense for that bus to stop in the same town but to deliver a package as well? Instead, we have to drive to another town 40 minutes away. I wouldn’t call that good customer service..

I am booked to travel to Calgary in two days. I just got a call from a very rude Greyhound representative in Texas who informed me that they completely changed my itinerary so that I am arriving a full day late and traveling overnight. This is impossible for me. She refused to refund my ticket. Do not take the greyhound bus if you expect customer service.

Bus service is decent/okay, but the terminal is located outside the city in the industrial area: no local bus transfers, no sidewalks to walk, extreme distance from core. Your only option to get into the city is taxi or pickup.

Used Greyhound to travel from Edmonton to saskatoon and back.The bus station in Edmonton was so dirty that my mother actually teared up when she was dropped off. The bus left 50 min late.In saskatoon there is no bus station. It's a husky gas station. Nowhere to sit and wait. No city bus service in this area. Not even a sidewalk to get to and from.When the bus arrived the driver got out and proceeded to blow his nose on the ground in front of the steps.When checking our times for departure from saskatoon. The website and the ticket did not match. Calling the greyhound station we only received a voicemail, that stated the bus was to leave the same time everyday, 5:30. That is wrong and we would have missed the bus. It left at 4:30.I tried to buy a ticket online that same day. The website told me there was nothing available. That was also wrong.Customer service is a voice activated system out of the USA that was no help at all. We never did get an answer until we arrived for the departure bus. The worked didn't seem to know anything.The bus tracker app also did not work.All in all. Terrible service, terrible experience. We will find other transportation from now on. We will not use greyhound nor will our friends and family.

Took for ever to find my stuff. I know it's a new bus depot but they have some training to do.

Is Greyhound runnning out of budget? How come the company closed the downtown terminal? The new terminal is located in far north industrial area. It is no longer legitimate bus terminal you can think of. It is just a bus stop where customers got stuck at the convenience store. Way to go Greyhound.

Busses are nothing like they show on the website. No leather seats, no at seat power, and definitely no wifi. Total scam
