This store is one of our favourites. From staff giving extra special attention to my boy on his birthday, to going above and beyond to help us get the products we are looking for-this place is top notch and makes shopping so much easier for me when needing things for 4 boys. Janet is one of THE best managers and treats her customers and staff (you can just TELL) amazingly well. This atmosphere is rare in the retail world nowadays. We love the Zumiez crew @Georgian Mall :)

With everything so expensive now a days I would expect better customer service. Employees acted like they were too cool to be working-was a drag to ask for a sweater down. Some chick who wears too much cologne and some buddy. Will email H/O with details.

A guy named Jay greeted my friend and I as we came in, some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen, a very welcoming and chill environment. But just the way he spoke to us was memorable. He really made me feel seen and that can make a much bigger difference than some may think.

Took my preteen here for the first time. She seemed to really like this store. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Prices not as friendly though.

Great find! I had a employee help me today (October 15) at around 6:30 amazing service and super enthusiastic, the only problem was that I forgot his name and really wanted to give him an amazing review... but his salesperson number on my receipt was ef0611 but overall because of the employee definitely a 5 star

Great stuff, but the staff need to learn to back off a little. It’s fine asking once if we need any help finding something when we walk in, but we don’t need to be harassed every 5-10 minutes. You can say “fine thanks just looking!” with a smile on your face and they’ll STILL stalk you around the store and make random irrelevant comments about everything you pick up to look at. Normally it’s the guys.. the girls who work there are pretty laid back, but the guys act like their lives depend on getting people to buy something, ANYTHING. I like help, but I don’t need to drown in it!

They sold me defective shoes, I wore the shoes for 1 hour and there is something wrong with the inside, they won't let me exchange them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have spent lots of money in this store and now I won't be back.
