Recently toured the facility and met with some staff. Well run facility with promotions from within. Supporter and sponsor of local arena. Seems to be a happy work environment. Major local employer !

I’ve worked here for 32 years. In that time I’ve seen a lot of ups and downs for the most part Stanpac is great place, I consider some of my coworkers family. Stanpac has grown from a company of 50 people to a company of more people than I know. People come and go. This is a place were good people get noticed and can move up if that’s what they want. You can earn a paycheque here. Expectations of employees are show up, do the best you can, follow procedures and most of all work safe.

Stanpac treats its employees like family. I have been working for Stanpac for 5 years now and I am amazed on how well they have treated me. Since my first day, I felt that people at Stanpac got out of their way to make me feel included and always made sure I was safe and comfortable with what I was doing. Best company ever to work for!

Worked here for just over 5 years and needed a change of scenery. Management can do more to respect workers. But didn't get a raise for about 3 of those years. But not bad for those people that want to work just out of high school to earn some money there before post secondary education or if your with in a year or two of retirement but in my opinion not worth staying for 5 years.

It a nice places

Portable washroom for drivers but you can’t use it.I think they never ever cleaned it.

I worked for Stanpac Ink for just over a year. First thing I noticed was how badly the temps are treated by lead hands and staff members. the Management are no better for not trying to stop this behaviour. several good workers have been fired or quitting because of how poorly this place is run. Harassment and bullying from the lead hand isn't addressed as the management are just as bad. They pick their favourites. I'm very upset this place is run the way it is. It could really be a great place to work. The work is great and the company is wonderful however you have to be able to work with people who like to bully you around and force you to work harder than the staff they choose to let stand around and do next to nothing. #Stanpac could be a better work environment if management start managing and stop trying to be friends with staff. great people very nice just not the right fit for the good workers who leave but would otherwise have stayed.
