Rob, came to our house to help us with our washing machine. After 5 mins, he broke the bad news and said the bearing for our washing machine was broke, and that it would cost upwards of 250-300 dollars, it was tough news to hear but he was honest. We only paid 200 for the machine so we aren't going to fix it. but we are very very thankful that he was told us the hard truth, the world needs more people like this around!

Unbelievable same-day service, reasonable cost, and Rob is just the nicest, most patient guy. We thought we would need a new oven door hinge but Rob was able to fix ours, reassemble the oven door, and put everything in working order. Will definitely call Cyr the next time we need an appliance repaired.

The gentleman came in and fixed my dryer. He was super nice and talked to me through the process. He even explained how to fix my door on my dryer if it comes of the hinges some. He was very nice and reasonable priced. It would have cost me much more with a different company. Would recommend.

Came in for a diagnostic on our washer, and fixed the problem within an hour. Talked me through the problems too so I knew exactly what was wrong and how to take care of it. Very nice man who is excellent at his job!
