Don’t bring your phone here. Manager and associate wiped my girlfriends phone and there was thousands of pictures that they didn’t want to wait to backup. Go to another store where the associates are professional and know what they are doing. They backed up a couple photos to make it seem like the backup failed and it was Googles fault. Super unprofessional.

When I got a call from the Phillipines and they said they need my ss# ! I said no noNo and hung up. He was hard to understand and rude, repeating yea ,yea or no just give me the information I ask for. Anyway, because of this I won't be able to trust calling Comcast or answering their calls.Bad for business. When I move I'm done, unless I get more strange phone calls it could end sooner.

Horrible service. Impossible to contact support. Canceled my service and they still bill me every month. I have my bank mark it as fraud every month. Worst support system from any company. I couldn't even set up my account to use my internet. I was on the phone for 5+ hours and they kept repeating the same things that didn't work. Horrible service and horrible customer service. It should be illegal what they are doing.

Shawn remedied my previous complaints and went above and beyond. However, when I recently went back into the store to do a change of address, I was told my another employee he needed to speak to the man on the account. My name is also on the account and he verified this, but said he needed to speak to my husband. I was told I could call the 1-800 number and they would change things over, but in the store they needed to speak to my husband. How irritating.

Had a appointment for 4/8 and no one showed up. Appointment today 4/9. From 8am too 11 on Easter and no one showed up. The worse customer service ever. The internet service is great. But for them to come out and run a new line which would take as the most is 15 minutes. Customer service sucks I don't recommend them to anyone. Minus 5 stars

There's an employe working there named Trevor . I tried all over the internet to get a direct contact number to this store so I could leave positive feedback. I was unsuccessful so i'm going to attempt to do so here. Trevor provided me with exceptional service he was extremely polite and very personabl. Not only did he tell me what I needed but he told me what I didn't need which ended up saving me money while increasing my service. He was not in the hurry or rushed and was content to carry on a normal conversation as well as talk about business at hand. He was very easy and pleasant to talk to. We all know it's finity has the worst customer service reputation out there. If a hired a few more people like trevor that would change. So to travel supervisor this is the only way I can tell you that it's probably some of the best service I have ever received in person in a long time across more than just cable providers across all service industries. Usually nine I'll take the time to search and write a review like this but this service definitely warrants it. Please excuse my typing or grammar errors as I'm doing this on my phone and voice types and doesn't always come out the way you want. So Trevor thank you again for your help. May your upper management recognize your exceptional ability and service and reward you accordingly.Samuel Gauthier..... the guy there to get my box a switched to 4K.

Very nice people, but completely useless. I laughed to myself as person after person came through ahead of me. They were treated very politely, but did not solve the problem, you'll need to call the insurance company
